About

I'm a Product Manager and Certified Scrum Master who treats AI as a core product tool, not a buzzword. I use it to replace manual, human-dependent processes with automated workflows, and to make day-to-day product operations faster — alongside the fundamentals: owning strategy and roadmaps end-to-end, running data-led experiments before scaling ideas, and working in SQL and analytics tooling. I work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to align teams around engagement, reliability, and revenue — patterns that hold regardless of industry.

Case Studies

A few of the problems I've been handed, and how I worked through them — not a job-by-job list, just the work.

01 AI & Automation

Killing a manual content bottleneck with AI tooling

Problem Faced

At ABP Network, producing and translating content across languages was slow and entirely manual — dependent on individual people, with no way to scale beyond just adding more hands.

How I Solved It

Built and shipped internal AI tools using Gemini, OpenAI, and AWS AI services to take over the repetitive parts of content creation and translation, cutting how much manual review each piece needed.

Impact

~80% faster turnaround · more content produced with far less manual intervention

02 Growth & Monetization

Launching ABP's first premium product, in 8 languages at once

Problem Faced

ABP had no premium offering — pricing and onboarding needed to be built from scratch, and work across 8 Indian-language editions at once (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi).

How I Solved It

Rolled out early-bird and geo-based regional pricing, validating every change with A/B testing before scaling it across every language edition.

Impact

~45–55% revenue growth

03 Product Scale

Scaling GamesMasti to 1M+ users, then an acquisition

Problem Faced

GamesMasti — ABP's casual gaming platform (quick games like Ludo, in the spirit of Miniclip) — needed a credible path from early traction to durable engagement.

How I Solved It

Owned the roadmap end-to-end — improving existing games, shipping new ones, and prioritizing fixes based on what users were actually saying in app store reviews.

Impact

1M+ weekly active users · later acquired by an external company

04 Growth & Engagement

Turning traffic into real engagement at The Bridge

Problem Faced

The Bridge had a large, high-traffic audience, but average time spent on a page was low — people were visiting, not sticking around.

How I Solved It

Shipped sports quizzes, webinars, polls, and schedule pages — features built specifically to make someone stay on the page longer, not just land on it.

Impact

~500% growth · 45% retention lift · 82% MAU growth

05 Growth & Monetization

Scaling The Bridge's ad revenue ~10x

Problem Faced

Revenue depended almost entirely on advertising, and that single stream wasn't scaling with The Bridge's growing traffic.

How I Solved It

Used analytics and continuous experimentation to systematically improve ad performance across the platform.

Impact

~1000% revenue growth

06 Audience & Reach

Streaming India's first-ever Karnataka Women's League football

Problem Faced

Women's state-league football had never been broadcast anywhere in the country — there was no platform giving it real reach, on or off the field.

How I Solved It

Led the launch of The Bridge's first live-streamed women's football coverage and pushed distribution well beyond the region. One story that stuck with us: a grandmother in Mizoram tuned in to watch her granddaughter play live in Karnataka — the first time she'd ever been able to.

Impact

Registrations up 21% · viewers tuned in from 13 countries

07 Performance & Reliability

Fixing a performance problem that was quietly costing The Bridge users

Problem Faced

Heavy third-party ad scripts were dragging down load times across The Bridge's web pages.

How I Solved It

Audited and cut unnecessary third-party scripts, and put performance budgets in place so the problem couldn't creep back.

Impact

~39% PageSpeed uplift
